End-User Licence Agreement

Denlata BV Accounting Integration · last updated 11 August 2026

1. Scope

This agreement governs use of the private accounting integration developed and operated by Denlata B.V. ("Denlata"), a company registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The integration connects Denlata's own QuickBooks Online company to its internal bookkeeping process.

2. Private use only

The integration is internal software. It is not distributed, licensed, sold or made available to any third party, and it is not offered through the QuickBooks App Store or any other marketplace. The only permitted users are Denlata personnel acting on Denlata's behalf, operating against Denlata's own accounting records.

3. Permitted use

4. Restrictions

The integration must not be used to access any QuickBooks company other than Denlata's own, nor to process data belonging to any other organisation. Credentials must not be shared, copied to shared storage, or committed to version control.

5. Data

Handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

6. No warranty

The integration is provided as-is for internal use. Denlata makes no warranty of fitness for any purpose. Accounting records produced with its assistance remain subject to review by Denlata and its accountants before being relied upon.

7. Liability

As internal software used solely by its own developer and operator, no liability is accepted or transferred to any third party. Nothing in this agreement limits Denlata's statutory obligations under Dutch law.

8. Termination

Denlata may withdraw the integration's access at any time by revoking its connection from within QuickBooks Online.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
